Cheese have to be  aged at least 30 days.... anyone now of a good cheesecake recipe?

Im going to try grating cheddar cheese, abd mixing it with yoghurt. Crust can be make of almond flour or coconut flour...ill let you know how it goes!!!  I am grateful for any further suggestions....smile.gif
