I searched and the only information I came up with was almost 8 years old... Has anybody had any luck with bread/baguette/crepe recipes without the eggs and GF?

Check out her existing recipes. http://realsustenance.com/

She's coming out with an ebook in the next week or two of breakfasts without gluten, dairy, egg, etc. I really like the stuff of hers I've had.

Created an instant family (7/89 and 5/91) in 1997. Made a baby boy 12/05 adopted a baby girl 8/08. Ask me about tandem adoptive nursing. Now living as gluten, dairy, cane sugar, and tomato free vegetarians. Homeschooling and loving it.

This is the bread we make at home, here.  Instead of the egg called for in the recipe, I replace it w/ greek yogurt.  I also replace the teff flour w/ 50g millet and 50g sorghum flour.
