Our grocery stores are pretty good, and I will frequently hit the farmer's markets.  I don't usually drive out to a farm to get my produce - but it happened when I was part of a CSA, or when I was looking for something specific.

How far do you go to get local produce?  Or do you?

Not too far thankfully. We not only have a physical farmers market, there's an online one as well whose pickup location is just down the street for us. I'd love to stick with local food but their prices aren't very doable compared to our only slightly cheaper grocery stores. While they have a limited variety of produce, Aldi has the cheapest and equal, if not higher, quality produce.
