I need to start taking a good multivitamin but I have a blood disorder (MTHFR) which inhibits my ability to process folic acid. I take a special form of folate but I want to add a folic acid-free multi which is not easy to find. Any suggestions appreciated.

Wife to my DH Mama to my two girls  hearts.gif'03 and love.gif '06 and my sweet babyboy.gif 3-'10 I am blessed.
