My DD is almost 1 and won't take my bm from a bottle or sippy cup. I want to add it to foods without cooking or heating it. Any suggestions for foods that would do well to be mixed with the bm?

I think it would mix easily into other dairy foods (yogurt, cottage cheese). Probably oatmeal or other cereals. Freezing it with fruit purees ( like mini Popsicles) would work too.

Those are good ideas. Thanks.

DD will be in daycare soon and I'm kind of desperate to have her eat/drink enough during the day to satisfy her and be as nutritious as possible. Reverse cycling when I'm back at a newish job would be a nightmare.
