I've been searching for a good multivitamin for my kids, but everything seems so expensive! We are vegan, so I'm looking for something with iron in it. I can't afford $40/mo for vitamins! Any suggestions?
on the iron issue, I'm looking into switching to cooking in cast iron rather than non-stick skillets as a way to add trace amounts to my families diet. Just a thought.
