Tepco is back in the news lately. I have to admit I have thrown away some of potentially contaminated foods. The more I try to look into it (hoping to be reassured that while concern is warranted blah blah blah) the more food I am thinking twice about. I need more information.

Sending out an SOS.. please respond  confused.gif

What kinds of foods do you have and what have you thrown away?

I'm sorry, I am not at all familiar with Tepco, but I am bumping this in case someone else wants to respond.

Thanks, Viola. It's my nature to be skeptical about everything. So I am praying for a flood of more information. My oldest has always loved all things Japanese. We have snacks (stuff like nori sea weed treats, wasabi peas)and gifts a friend just brought from Tokyo. 2011 was quite a while ago...

I really, really feel for those people in Japan who have little choice over the food they eat, over the air and water they are exposing their kids to. It must be heartbreaking.
