We've been giving our kids Juice Plus, but we recently stopped giving my 2yo the fruit ones because they gave him a bit of a rash.  (I assume this is because of the cranberry in them -- he's allergic to strawberries and possibly to other berries.)  I'd rather find him a regular multivitamin at this point, but I was frustrated by all the options at the grocery store -- either they had HFCS and hydrogenated oils, or they had coconut (something else ds can't have).

Can someone recommend something fairly natural that doesn't have berries or tree nuts as ingredients?

These vitaminshttp://www.naturalhealthyconcepts.com/childrens-chewable-vitamins-100.html may actually work out for you. Haven't used them myself, though.

I was going to suggest looking at the Nordic natural berries - we used them briefly and I believe they were orange flavored, but you'd want to look into it closer, I'm sure. I do know there are also non-berry favors of the kids emergen-c powders. Not always a comprehensive vitamin, but might be good to look at those for more flavor options.
