Opinions on the vitamins in this supplement? - Mothering Forums

My husband's dr has suggested these supplements for him. He needs to lose a good amount of weight due to sleep apnea. Being natural minded, I'm skeptical of doctors and anything they suggest. I'm researching every ingredient listed and so far I'm okay with it. 

 

Does anyone see anything they know something bad about? Or something to be cautious about?

It's just a lot to thoroughly research by myself with the lack of sleep from my husband being sick.

I would watch your dh's reaction to the guarana seed.  It can be a pretty strong stimulant, high in caffeine.  The fact that it looks like it's in both supplements could be a bit much.

I did see that. Researched whats in most energy drinks and such. I think he'll be fine, but we will watch it. I also may not get the smaller one for him.
