I trying to find something to make that me, my kids and my best-est and her kid can have.
The main problem I seem to have is the "flour". Ideas?
Gluten (but oats and Malt Seem okay)
Except Raw Milk Cheese, and small amounts of Goats Milk (Think it might be a bacteria type thing than lactose)
My best friend and her kid have allergies every which way:
The egg and milk she said as long as it is a small amount would be okay.
So what I am thinking:
IDK What for Flour... !!!!
Stevia or Glycerin, both?
Vanilla Extract or Bean Paste
What about seed flours/meal?
chia seed meal
sunflower seed meal
I haven't specifically tried any of these, because I can't do nuts/seeds/starches. But I see them listed in recipes for paleo baked goods all the time.
