It's very difficult for me to drink my water plain, and I'm trying to get away from all the added sugars from juice or powdered drinks, so I'm looking for ideas to flavor water naturally. I have those pitchers they sell at Costco with a sort of container inside for keeping cucumber slices, for example, or peppermint leaves. I would love some more ideas of what I can put in there to make water more palatable for me. :-)
I like frozen fruits, blueberries or other berries.
Lemons and oranges.
Hint of honey.
Some people like ginger. I don't.
There are dozens of different mints like strawberry mint, and chocolate mint (they grow in my garden :) )
