It's kinda just chopped up small veggies (celery, onions, pickles, green pepper, whatever you like), mayonnaise to moisten (about 1/4 cup), salt & pepper, other spices to taste (dill works nice). Slivered almonds, walnuts, or diced apples are also a nice addition.
First boil 2 cakes of tempeh in salt water for about 10 minutes. Then chill, dice, and mix with the rest of the stuff.
Good for sandwiches or just eating!
