top 5
brown rice
whole grain pasta
peanut butter

My fruit and veggies are delivered.

A mexican casserole is always great(rice, beands, sauteed veggies and onions, corn, green chilies, salsa and cheese)

Stir fry with tofu, rice and veggies

Pasta with goathorn peppers, sun dried tomatoes, mozz. cheese and basil and summer squash or zucchini

whole grain pancakes with fruit and scrambled eggs

Chili beans with greens and cornbread

Ok now I'm hungry!!
