1 cup cooked brown rice
3 cups very hot water
2-3 T brown rice syrup
Put cooked rice in blender with 1 cup very hot water, and sweetener. Blend until smoooth. Add remaining water one cup at a time blending after each addition. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
You can add vanilla or other flavorings if you want. keeps for 4-5 days.
makes about 1 quart. and you can double, triple ect the recipe as needed.
