Any ideas for what I can do with these? I have a bunch from our garden. I was thinking of trying the olive oil/garlic sauté, but really, I have no idea.

I love beet greens. We steam/stir fry them with garlic, olive oil, calamata olives and a little tamari. Or make them sweet with maple syrup and pecans. mmmm

I always feed the carrot tops to my horses, I have no idea if they are edible!
