We live at 8,000 ft and I am wondering if you all have any secrets to baking at this altitude. Most things come out Ok but aren't as fluffy as when I would make them at lower elevations. Bread is a big one. I can knead it all day and it still only rises to the top of the pan if I'm lucky. Any ideas?????
