I just don't think I am up to the challenge of making pasta right now. I think I had some recipe or another that needed it - but I don't remember what it was...

Do any of you know other uses for it?

If your pasta flour is semolina flour you can add it to bread. Maybe a cup or so per batch. It makes it chewy and it tastes great.
