Someone gave us several ziplocks full frozen. I don't know what to do with it! Any suggestions? I was thinking some sort of muffin?

I'd probably eat it on bread or with cheese, or on fruit or ice cream but I don't bake so...

I bet that would be really good mixed into your oatmeal or other hot cereal before cooking. Or, added to smoothies. Or if you have a baby it would probably make good baby food!

That link will take you to a apricot freezer jam recipe, I am pretty sure you could sub the puree for the while fruit. Perhaps someone out there can think of a sub for all the sugar!
