Here are some non-dairy foods rich in calcium...
*sesame seeds (tahini dip w/ vegis and pita bread would be great)
*dark, leafy greens (kale, spinach, collards, chard)- maybe a yummie marinated dark green salad
*garbanzo beans (you could do broccoli w/ hummus dip)
*pumpkin (pumpkin muffins)
**the tofu spread is a great idea!
