I just bought some frozen mango chunks from TJ's and I'd love some ideas of how to use them. Other than eat them plain or throw them in smoothies, what would *you* do with them?

Thanks in advance for the ideas!

Persephone: Do you have a good recipe for mango lassis? I made them once, but they weren't quite right. Thanks!

Hmm.. well, I just put them in the blender with yogurt, and maybe a bit of honey. If you google it, I'm sure you'll find tons of recipes. Mine didn't taste the same as in the restaurants, because I'm sure I didn't add as much sugar as they do. And since the chunks were frozen, it wasn't at room temp like at the restaurant. Next time, I'm going to let them sit til they're room temp.
