Here is one I got my MIL to eat! She loved it! I can't remember where I got it! But it kicks butt!
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp seasame oil (roasted)
2 Tbsp tomato paste (or katsup if that is what you got)
3 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp apple cider vinager
2 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp grated ginger root
a pinch of salt, pepper, and sugar
16 oz of firm tofu cut into thin slices
Mix everything but tofu together. Place sliced tofu into baking dish, (one layer). Cover with sauce. Bake at 375 f. for 30 minutes.
