I'm all out of Preg. Tea (traditional medicinals) and was going to start drinking plain RRL tea. I decided that I want something w/ more herbs in it, specifically these:

RRL, Spearmint, Nettle, Alfalfa, Oatstraw, Rosehips, Fennel, Lemongrass

I found one place on line that had a tea w/ these ingred. but she's out of stock. Should I just stick w/ the Preg Tea since it has these things in it?

I'd like to find a place w/ fairly inexpensive shipping and in a tea bag form. I've never tried the loose teas before...but I'd be open to trying.

I would just buy each ingredient loose and mix them together yourself. It sounds pretty good (although I don't know if I like the thought of drinking alfalfa tea...)

We make up teas like this all the time. It's soooooo much cheaper!

Hey there mama:
I know of an herbal tea company in Vt that makes a great pregnancy tea...Let me know if you want their contact info.

FYI: I would not reccomend using fennel seed while preg. as it has estrogenic qualitys. Alfalfa is better used in the 2nd trimester, not 1st.
