ok, i havent had eggnog in years, mainly because i quit dairy several years ago, then i was nursing for a few years and couldnt have any, mainly cause i usually drink eggnog with run in it

but im finding this year a burning itch to have some, ive had a few dairy products from time to time over the last year, like a yogert or a milkshake one time.
i have to say, YUMMY. but my tummy could only handle a small amount.
so does anyone know how to either make eggnog thats not cows milk or buy it somewhere.
o and i wont do soy either since i found out a bunch of stuff about it.
TIA

Here is a ricemilk nog recipe.( no alchohol)

3 cups rice milk
1/2 cup sugar, can be adapted to taste
1tsp. pure vanilla
1/4-1/2 tsp. rum extract
pinch of nutmeg
1-2Tbsp oil(I have left out and it is still good but it has more body w/it)

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
