It's fine as long as I leave it untouched in the little cups, but once I scoop into one of them or take some out & put it into a bowl it gets runny. Within 1/2 hour or so. What's up with that??

Something about breaking the protien bonds or something. Don't stir homemade yogurt. Saw it on an episode of Good Eats. I have a secret crush on Alton Brown.

Okay, that's kinda what I thought. So it's basically unavoidable once you scoop it into your bowl, then? I guess I need to eat more quickly!
