Does anyone have a cookbook about cooking healthy foods with kids? Or any favorite recipes that you cook with kids. I"m looking at the 9-12 age group for a school project.

Something that is really fun is a recipe from my own childhood, Honey Gobbles. You mix granola, peanut butter, and honey - I don't know the exact proportions, it doesn't matter so long as it holds together - and make them into balls and refrigerate for at least an hour. Then just eat. This might be too simple for 9-12 year olds but it's fun and yummy (my 9yo loves them).

Kids Cook: Fabulous Food for the Whole Family by Sarah and Zachary Williamson.

My favorite -- many vegetarian recipes, nutrition info included, casual tone to the directions, cute illustrations...
