I don't know their wheat/gluten/dairy content, but how about some of the Fantastic food mixes? Falafel mix, Nature's Burger, or Tofu Helper type stuff and Tofu Scramble. Good luck!
If you have time - potato dishes maybe? baked potato with canned chili on top, or cut them up and bake them as fries...
edited to add - or baked tofu sticks, breaded in nutritional yeast and dipped in ketchup. Yum!
