Help!!!!!!

My sis and I are traveling to my nieces wedding....2 mamas and five kids ages 12 yrs-19mos...

WE will be staying in a hotel...all seven of us...and it is a suite with a full kitchen...for 3 nights....

My sis went to Wild Oats and stocked up on snack type foods..the only protein she got was peanut butter(which my little ds can't eat) and cheese sticks(again ds can't eat)...

I feel like I need to pull my weight by providing a couple meals..lunches(the hotel provides breakfast)...and dinner....

WHAT MEALS CAN I BRING TO MAKE IN THE ROOM??????

My sis tries to avoid gluten and sugar....

Can anyone help on such short notice???

We leave Friday morning!!!!

Abig huge thanks and cyber-HUG!!!!

Hi there,
While shopping at a Clark's recently, I bought a few boxes of non-wheat, non-dairy vegan "mac and cheese" mixes. Maybe those would work...

I don't know their wheat/gluten/dairy content, but how about some of the Fantastic food mixes? Falafel mix, Nature's Burger, or Tofu Helper type stuff and Tofu Scramble. Good luck!

If you have time - potato dishes maybe? baked potato with canned chili on top, or cut them up and bake them as fries...

edited to add - or baked tofu sticks, breaded in nutritional yeast and dipped in ketchup. Yum!

Oh Yum, Owensmom...you're right...the Nature's Burger is SOOOOOOO GOOD!
But, to be fair, I think it does have wheat gluten in it...am I wrong?
I had it for the first time the other night and althought IT WAS GREAT (and I will eat it again!), I have to admit that wheat-gluten sensitive me was quite GASSY!
Poor dh just gave up and went to sleep on the couch! Oh well...great suggestion though...it's a great mix.
