I have been using quite a bit of maple syrup in my baking, and it's really burning a hole in my pocket, coz they are not cheap! Does anyone know of a good, reliable source that offers a great price? I don't buy buying a gallon.... I rem once buying from a company in Pennyslvania and they claim some mfers use chloroform (??), or some awful chemical to get the maple syrup to flow faster from the trees, urgh.
Any ideas, or recommendations??!! :

Trader Joe's sells a nice selection of maple syrups - some organic and all very reasonably priced. You can check their site for locations if you don't know of one local to you.

may not be cheap shipping, but ebay usually has a great selection.
