Does anyone know a good site for info on how long food can be stored by various methods?
I find I want to know this a lot and have no idea.
For instance, right now, I'm not sure if tuna salad I made on Friday at lunch should be pitched. I hate throwing it out but I don't want to risk illness. It looks and smells fine but I know that that can be deceiving.
