I've recently switched from using regular iodized salt to sea salt, but now I'm starting to wonder if I'm compromising my intake of iodine. I looked briefly online at alternative iodine sources and none of them are present in my diet/appeal to me. What do you do for a source of iodine if not table salt?

I take Detoxified Iodine from Organic Asian Kelp. Just a couple drops in a glass of water each day.
