I have a very nice bread machine which makes very lovely bread, but I haven't found any recipes that, when sliced, make good sandwiches. I'd really really really really love to end my dependence on storebought bread, but everytime I try it no one (including me) will eat the sandwiches made from the bread machine bread.
It's not that we don't eat the bread by the way, just that we eat hunks of it dipped in sauce or something. It's REALLY tasty, just not the right - what? texture? size? something... for sandwiches.
