Just wondering if anyone here adds brewer's yeast to their Super Porridge (from the Super Baby Food book by Ruth Yaron.) Which do you use? I had two choices at Whole Foods yesterday, one by NOW and one by...Lewis, I believe. I bought the NOW one; it's debittered. Is this the appropriate one?

How much do you add?

Thanks!
