Now, finally, in this organic health food hell, a subject I can sink my teeth into ...

Cocoa Puffs ... how do I love thee, let me count the ways?
Is it the way you turn the milk that chocolate-y brown?
Or is it the way your crunch lasts for precisely 3.7 minutes after pouring that milk?
Perhaps it is the way the bottom of your box is layered with that brown and white sugar powder stuff?
Or the way when I fill the bowl too high you overflow and roll off on to the floor, for me to unknowingly grind to powder under the table?

Cocoa Puffs, I love thee with such fullness, that I bear with joy that sore upper-palate that comes with overconsumption ... it is a wound of love ...

:sigh

YES! I love the really junky cereal!

My favorites: Lucky Charms, Trix, Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Pebbles, Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch, Cocoa Puffs...... never tried the Reese's but it sounds yummy!

Oh yes, one 'healthy' one-- Just Right! It's awesome!

amyrpk, have you tried NesQuik? I only bought it once (since I ate the whole box in, like, two days), but it is very tasty

Oh, how I heart breakfast cereal!! Healthy stuff, dreadful stuff, it's all good...
Cranberry-Almond Crunch
Fruity Pebbles
Grape Nuts
Apple Jacks
Peach Fruit & Fibre
Life
Honey-frosted Mini Wheats
BooBerry!!!

(Dh wants me to spread the word: if you like pb cap'n crunch, check and see if your local health food store carries Peanut Butter Bumpers (from a brand called Mother's), they taste even better!)

Great thread!

If you like peanut butter try Barbara's Peanut Butter Puffins, they are my absolute favorite and they would be a lot healthier than Reeses or Cap'n Crunch. Our Shaw's has them in the health food section.

Wheatabix!

I eat them with maple syrup and bananas.

Sorry ladies, but that sugar cereal is nasty. If I'm gonna eat stuff that for breakfast I want a chocolate frosted donut.

I do love the junk cereal too, that's exactly why I only buy a box maybe once a year. I'll probably never buy it now that dd is interested in eating what I eat. My favorites are: Fruity Pebbles, Reese's, PB Cap'n Crunch, & Rice Crispy Treats. I also love the granola they sell in bulk at my local co-op. Esp. the french vanilla almond and the wild blueberry.

Amazon Frosted Flakes....yummy. The only mainstream cereal I like is the Quaker 100% Natural. A lot of sugar and oh so expensive!

I like the granolas with raisins or dates. Totally boring, but I can't do the other sweet or flake type cereals--I crash & burn about 2 hours after eating it.
