I don't know if I should post this here or on the I'm Pregnant forum--except that I'm interested in the whole gamut from pre-pregnancy to postpartum diet right now. So all you good-eating moms/dads can maybe help me out!
I've read a few different books recently about pregnancy diet, and they mostly say the same thing, but I am really, really trying to figure out an easy way to track diet (I'm still pre-pregnancy, kind of ttc) without having to keep track really specifically of servings and what kind of food has what kind of nutrient, etc. And still have really specifically good health.
Any suggestions? Charting, servings of food, etc.? Brewer diet, Baby-wise diet, Marilyn Shannon's dietary suggestions? I'm really struggling here. Not to mention to kick my sweet tooth ... Tell me your experiences. I've had almost pre-eclampsia right at the end of both my pregnancies, and I've decided that this time I'm going to be militant about a good diet. But I'm not quite sure how. TIA
