I can't eat breakfast. What's wrong with me? How bad is that? First thing in the morning nothing sounds good. I get up around 7:00 but I don't really want a meal til about 10. And even then it's usually lunch food I want. Is it unhealthy not to eat a big breaskfast? Even when I make myself eat toast or yogurt I feel a little sick. Anyone know if this is unhealthy?
Some might disagree but I see no point in forcing yourself to eat, esp. if it turns your stomach. Listen to your body, it's telling you something. Do you eat late at night? If I eat a big meal late I don't feel the need for breakfast. My body still has fuel to burn from the night before. As to not eating breakfast foods for your first meal, who cares? More important to eat healthy foods no matter what you are in the mood for.
Same here. It takes me a long time to warm up to breakfast, most days. Usually several hours pass between my waking up and my first meal. I listen to my body, eat when I'm hungry, and feed it what it wants (within reason, that is!).
