Just curious out there...

I recently got a yogurt maker that I really love. I am wondering though, if any of you have had success with making yogurt with nut milks? Do you have to do anything different?
Which lend the best flavor? I have a feeling I would like almond milk for mine because I tried one soy brand yogurt at the store and it had a definite soy-ish taste that was hard to overlook. We usually use Edensoy Soy/Rice Blend on our cereal and I do like that flavor (I like the flavor of regular soymilk too, but not in my yogurt for some reason), so maybe that would be good to try. I figure the cultures must work in nutmilks too if they've got those yogurts at the store, right?

I'm happy to experiment, but I just would rather see if any of you have tried it before I waste anything.

Thanks!

I've never tried it with nutmilk....

There are lots of different brand soy yoghurts out there with different flavours though.

Maybe if you tried a different brand of soy milk?

I'm not much help... :

Good luck!
