I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but here goes...

Do any of you prepare your own baby food? If so, can you recommend a good book for me to buy with information on how to do so and recipes?

Thanks!

I found out about the book Super Baby Food on this forum - it is a pretty good book. The only thing I don't pay too much attention to is the portion sizes - she makes her own cereals that my ds didn't care too much for, and I think she recommends at some point like 1/2 a cup! But it is great because I made some veggies like she suggested and froze them into little servings.

(I think I am allowed to do this) Cathe, the wonderful moderator of this forum has written a great book on baby food - Simply Natural Baby Food. It covers first foods through into the second year and the foods are all whole foods. I highly recommend it
