i was going to try and make some iced herbal teas and was wondering how to give it a little tang... i'm going to sweeten it with equal...what would you use to accomplish this...tang, that is?

If you make Red Zinger, you'll have all the zip and tang you need. It's one of those Celestial teas, I think.
