Hi mamas~ Ive been wanting to go gluten free for a while now. (I finally did it yesterday). I've had autimmune type symptoms for years but the dr's cant seem to pinpoint what it is. Lately my liver enzymes have been really high and I've had "cold like "symptoms for the last few weeks. I have IBS and tend to feel really yucky anyways but is there evidence somewhere that giving up gluten is really going to be worth it to me? Even if I dont have celiac disease, can a gluten free diet help me? links, books, real life stories? Thanks

Here's me I married then we had dd15 , dd11 , ds10 , and then and now we and I blog!
