DH and I have recently become addicted to Trader Joe's bakery fresh snack granola (it's sold in a plastic container in the cereal aisle). This addiction is problematic as the granola is both fattening and expensive ($3.99 I think) but it's super delish, so I'd love a recipe. The ingredients include oats, honey, maple, molasses maybe, and all kinds of seeds, nuts, and dried fruits...I should dig the box out of the recycling and check the specific ingredients. The granola is in big chunky pieces and chewy and dense, almost like a granola bar. It's awesome.
Anybody know what this is and how to make something similar? It's just too good.
