I'm talking about babies 6+ months

I wasn't able to find any info on flax seed in babies with my online search so I was curious to see if anyone had info to share.
Also, some sites suggest introducing yogurt as early as 6 months and others say to wait until 9+ months. Thoughts/ suggestions? Helpful sites? Thanks!

Same here. I'll sprinkle a tiny amount of ground flax seed in DS's oatmeal, like maybe 1/4 t. He rarely eats it all though. Oh, he's 11 months.
