Does anyone have a favorite pasta salad recipe that they'd like to share? I'm drawing a blank. I have some fun Easter shaped pasta and can't think of what to do with it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you kindly!

Our family favorite is very, very simple.

Marinate a block of cut up tofu (cheese cube size) in a jar of marinated artichoke hearts, plus a jar of Italian dressing (we use the Good Seasons type you make yourself). Let that marinate overnight. Add to a pound of cooked pasta, along with a can of black olives. So, it'll be pasta, tofu, artichokes, and olives.

Even my (very) picky brother loves this stuff! We have it for every summer holiday.

We make pasta salad with shredded chicken, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, and a little bit of Ranch dressing.

I'd use a multicolor (spring colors!) spiral pasta with a handful of bowties mixed in.

I'd go for celery, olives, cherry tomatoes, garlic, diced red onion, a bit of well chopped raw spinach, and avocado with a balsamic dressing.

These all sound fabulous - thank you so very much!

If anyone has more yummy recipes maybe we can get a whole weeks worth of pasta salad goodness to help us welcome Spring!

Thanks again. :
