We have either T-ball or softball games or practice three week day nights. They are right around dinner time of course. I am making myself crazy trying to come up with dinner ideas. We don't do fish.

TIA!!!

Ugh, we have t ball 2 nights a week as well and they're right at dinner time! I try to do a snack before and then a quick dinner after.

A few we have on the menu are:
spaghetti - sauce is premade so it just needs pasta
panini's
quesadilla's
tomato soup - premade, just needs heated
burrito's - I make batches of them on the weekends and just heat them up when someone wants one

slow cooker meals (chicken and dumplings, stew, chicken mirabella, chili on top of rice or on top of hot dogs).
breakfast for dinner (pancakes or scrambled eggs)
twenty minute pasta (pasta, poached egg, tomato, and ham)

There's a great crockpot recipe thread somewhere around here, too.

It's Karate night for us here, but same concept. Pre-marinated meat to throw on the grill is quick too.

Great! Thanks Tiger Lily!

The marinating meat for the grill sounds like a good idea too!
