Anyone do this? How? I am interested in making this for my kids. Also a good brand of yogurt for a starter? Thanks!

In your oven. Works every time. And you can make as little or as much as you want. I'd use whole milk and ferment it for 24 hours and it was heavenly. Thick and creamy. I used mason jars or whatever jars I had.

I make mine by adding milk to the starter, and then leaving it out on the counter until it looks/tastes done! Couldn't be easier. Mine is the Caspian Sea yogurt.
