My 13 mos. old DD loves crunchy things---freeze-dried peas or fruit, crackers, etc. She used to eat any veggie put in front of her but is started to turn her nose up at many of them. In an attempt to get her to eat more veggies, I'm thinking about making homemade baked veggie chips out of beets, zucchini or other veg. Has anyone done this? I've looked up a couple of recipes and seen widely differing techniques.
