I have been searching around for shipping frozen breast milk, but everything I find is about shipping hundreds of ounces of breast milk. I am just looking for information about a cost effective way to ship milk on a semi weekly basis.
I have read about using a cooler packed full so the milk insulates itself, but i wonder what kind of cooler or something would work on a small scale? I mean, could we theoretically use those soft lunch boxes little kiddos use in elementary school? I think they have so sort of insulation but I'm really not sure. Does anyone have any ideas? TIA

We're going to have to ship frozen breastmilk at the end of the month. I haven't sorted out all of the details yet, or looked into whether or not we'll have any problems shipping internationally (we have to get it from the US to England), but I'm planning to pack it in dry ice. They sell dry ice that the Fred Meyer (Kroger affiliated grocery store) here. I know that courier companies will ship stuff packed in dry ice, but I don't know how expensive it is.
