I just found out I have to go on a business trip in mid April. I will be gone for 4 days and nights. (returning on the red-eye)
We don't have much of a freezer stash because of trouble getting enough pumped for daycare right when I went back to work.

Little guy is just over 6 months so I am thinking of starting a few solids now if he wants them so we are sure we have enough milk. I know we don't have to worry about him taking a bottle since he does every day.

I am starting to down tea to help and upping my water intake. I have been pumping 3 times a day to get enough to send to daycare and BF when he is home. I am going to add an extra pumping session before we go to bed at night and 2 on the weekends. Not sure yet what that is going to net me. Guess we will see the next few days.

What else can I do?

You could try taking some fenugreek to help up your supply. You could try pumping on one side while nursing on the other. You could try pumping first thing in the morning since you might find that your supply is high at that time.

Hope that's helpful.
