I'm due with a baby any day now, and I'm wondering if I should stop eating things with nuts in them. Unfortunately, I've become addicted to LaraBars and they're so convenient and nutritious. I *think* I avoided nuts for the first year or so that I nursed my older son, though. Neither my DS nor my husband and I have nut allergies, but my sister has severe nut allergies.
Does anyone know what the recommendation is?
