I have a VERY congested sicky 3 month old and wanted to post a quick question as to whether my dairy intake will effect his snottiness...

In general dairy can contribute to both congestion and inflammation, so there's a good chance it would help. Good luck! I have a 2 mo old with his first cold right now and know it stinks have a sick baby! Hope yours is feeling better very soon.
