my almost 7 month old suddenly had dark green poo last night! even though she's been eating a littlr fruit/veggie almost daily, it hadn't done that to her diapers before. she has been going every other day lately and it's not hard or dry. this dark green wasn't as squishy, but it also had a patch of light brown poo, as if it started out one color then changed. she turned really red and strained harder than normal with it. should i be worried about any of this? i can't think of any new foods i've had and it has been days since she tried anything new.

drowning in hormones with 4 daughters and an understanding, loving hubby. also some dogs. my life is crazy and we are always learning.

IMO, one slightly-different-from-normal-BM is not a reason to worry. As you're just starting in on different solids, you're about to get a rainbow of experiences! lol.gif
