A friend has a new adopted baby who is not doing well with formula, and she's looking into obtaining donor milk.  

Where should she look?

mother to mother donation through facebook pages eats on feets or human milk for human babies would be my suggestion

Some insurance companies will pay for milk through a donor bank if the child truly has failure to thrive.
